Return Policy
Items in stock sold in the Online Store can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please contact our customer service prior to shipping back your products for return authorization. All return authorizations will expire after 15 days and it cannot be reissued.
All returns must be in "NEW" condition. No cracks, chips, or scratches.
Any returned item(s) must be in the original packaging. The packaging must be intact, and free from holes and writing.
Replacement Products will be shipped by ground services.
The average turnaround time is 10-14 days.
Replacements are contingent on the current stock status.
